1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Solyra® Pumpkin Stake is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately at support@solyrapumpkinstake.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details (e.g., photos of damaged packaging).
